Celebrity Coloring Page Assignment

I chose a picture of David Bowie because he is one of my favorite musicians. I chose this picture because I thought it would be "easy". It wasn't. 

This is my celebrity coloring book page that I created. It took me one block day period to make it because I needed a lot of detail on his shirt, which took the longest.

I used cotton candy for the sky, marshmallows for the clouds, Starburst for the sun, lemon rock candy for the sunbeams, red velvet cupcakes (my favorite) as mountains, chocolate and vanilla as the hills, Twix and M&Ms for the palm tree, a KitKat for the bridge, a gingerbread house and two gingerbread people, and one Sour Patch Watermelon for the smoke from the chimney.
